Once you hit the “Submit and Pay” button, you will be navigated to our 3D secure payment portal “Stripe” Checkout page.
At the Stripe Checkout page, you can proceed to enter your card details and process your payment.
Do not hit the back button when you are at the stripe checkout page, if you want to edit your details, kindly refresh our online payment page then reenter the details.
After Successful completion of your payment. Our organizers will also send an acknowledgment with the payment receipt with the conference letterhead.

Insight Scientific Conferences reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the Virtual conference in case of any unpredictable event. Insight Scientific Conferences. will have no further liability to the client.
Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
During the Virtual Video Conference, participants are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other – and treat the community – with respect, kindness, and compassion.
Nursing Diversity 2026 reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the participation of the attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, or offensive by Nursing Diversity 2026, affiliated third parties.

Access to the conference Slot in the virtual platform is available only to registered participants.
Due to advance commitments and expenses related to conference planning, technical arrangements, platform management, and administrative services, all registration fees are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend the conference and cannot transfer their registration to another individual or a future event, no refund will be issued.
As registration fees are offered at highly discounted rates, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once payment has been successfully processed.
