Follow the instructions on the payment portal to enter your payment details and complete the transaction securely.
Please do not use the back button while you are on the payment page. If you need to edit your registration details, kindly return to the registration page, make the necessary changes, and proceed again with the payment.
After Successful completion of your payment. Our organizers will also send an acknowledgment with the payment receipt with the conference letterhead.

Insight Scientific Conferences reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the Virtual conference in case of any unpredictable event. Insight Scientific Conferences. will have no further liability to the client.
Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
During the Virtual Video Conference, participants are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other – and treat the community – with respect, kindness, and compassion.
Nursing Summit 2026 reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the participation of the attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, or offensive by Nursing Summit 2026, affiliated third parties.

Access to the conference Slot in the virtual platform is available only to registered participants.
Due to advance commitments and expenses related to conference planning, technical arrangements, platform management, and administrative services, all registration fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend the conference, the registration may be transferred to another individual or, subject to availability and applicable terms, to a future event. Where neither option is feasible, the registration fee will be considered non-refundable.
As registration fees are offered at highly discounted rates, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once payment has been successfully processed.
